ODI Law has further strengthened its Ljubljana team with the arrival of Janja Končan, LL.M. as Senior Associate. A qualified attorney, Janja brings experience across Corporate / M&A, Competition, Banking and Finance, Dispute Resolution, and Restructuring and Insolvency.
Janja obtained her Master of Laws degree from the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Law, in 2017. She continued her studies at the University of Groningen, Faculty of Law, in the Netherlands, where she earned two LL.M. degrees in 2018, in the fields of International Business Law and International Commercial Law.
Before joining ODI Law, Janja built her legal expertise at leading Slovenian law firms, progressing from a trainee lawyer to a qualified attorney-at-law. In 2021, she successfully passed the Slovenian State Bar Exam, and in 2023 she was admitted to the register of attorneys of the Slovenian Bar Association.
Janja advises clients in Slovenian and English.
