ODI is a regional law firm operating through a number of fully qualified attorneys-at-law who provide legal advice in accordance with the relevant laws of the jurisdictions in which they respectively operate. References to "ODI" or the "law firm" are to one or more of the separately constituted and regulated ODI legal entities. Each ODI entity is subject to the laws and professional regulations of the particular country in which it operates. Details of the different ODI entities that provide legal advice to clients in respect of each country in which ODI carries on business are set out below.
In accordance with the professional rules of the Slovenian Bar Association, ODI Ljubljana is a partnership established under Slovenian law, having its registered office at Gosposvetska cesta 11, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia, with company ID 3468526, VAT ID SI 76854663 and activity code 69.101 – Attorney-at-law. In accordance with the professional rules of the Serbian Bar Association, ODI Ljubljana cooperates with fully qualified Serbian attorneys-at-law (in the Serbian language: "Advokat"), who are members of the Serbian Bar Association.
In accordance with the professional rules of the Croatian Bar Association, ODI Ljubljana cooperates with fully qualified Croatian attorneys-at-law (in the Croatian language: "Odvjetnik"), who are members of the Croatian Bar Association. ODI has concluded cooperation agreements with all Croatian attorneys-at-law, and these agreements have been registered with the Croatian Bar Association.
In accordance with the professional rules of the Bar Association of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, ODI Ljubljana collaborates with fully qualified Bosnian attorneys-at-law (in the Bosnian language: "Advokat"), who are members of the Federal Bar Association.
In accordance with the professional rules of the Macedonian Bar Association, ODI Ljubljana cooperates with fully qualified Macedonian attorneys-at-law (in the Macedonian language: "Адвокат"), who are members of the Macedonian Bar Association.
For the avoidance of doubt, ODI Ljubljana's cooperation with attorneys-at-law in Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and North Macedonia is based solely on business cooperation and does not constitute a legal partnership or association within the meaning of the applicable national laws governing the legal profession.
