We are delighted to share the exciting news that Marcela Dolenc has officially been sworn in as an Attorney at Law!
Marcela’s professional journey is a testament to determination, continuous learning, and unwavering commitment to legal excellence. As ODI Law continues to grow and strengthen its team, we are proud to celebrate this significant milestone in her career and our firm’s development.
Marcela first entered the legal world in 2017 as a legal intern at a law office in Škofja Loka. She joined ODI Law in 2020 as an Attorney Trainee, quickly distinguishing herself through her dedication, precision, and proactive approach. During her studies, she participated with distinction in a regional Moot Court competition simulating proceedings before the European Court of Human Rights.
Between 2021 and 2024, Marcela broadened her experience at the District Court in Kranj, where she served first as a judicial trainee and later as a senior judicial advisor. This valuable time in the judiciary deepened her understanding of litigation and judicial processes—skills that she continues to bring into her practice today.
Marcela returned to ODI Law in 2024 as an Attorney Candidate, and after passing the Slovenian Bar Exam in 2023, she has now officially joined our ranks as a fully licensed Attorney at Law and Senior Associate.
Marcela holds a law degree from the University of Ljubljana (2020), followed by postgraduate studies in Intellectual Property and New Technologies at Jagiellonian University in Krakow (2023).
