Tokić Group, a leading regional distributor of automotive parts, tires and workshop equipment, has signed a binding agreement to acquire a 100% ownership interest in the Slovenian company SAG SLO d.o.o. The seller is the international Swiss Automotive Group AG.
Matik is one of Slovenia’s leading distributors of spare parts for commercial vehicles, trucks and buses, operating through branches in Ljubljana, Maribor and Koper. In 2025, the company generated EUR 7.2 million in revenue and employed 28 people.
The acquisition represents a further step in Tokić Group’s regional growth strategy and will strengthen its position in Slovenia, where the group already operates through Bartog d.o.o. Trebnje.
The transaction has also attracted attention in the Slovenian media, with coverage by Delo and Forbes Slovenia.

Completion of the transaction and the transfer of ownership remain subject to the necessary regulatory approvals, including clearance from the competent competition authority.
