ODI Law is proud to have acted as Slovenian legal counsel to Neftys Pharma Group, a leading European distributor in the animal health sector, in connection with its strategic acquisition of DDL Group. This cross-border M&A transaction includes operations in Slovenia, Croatia, and Serbia, marking a significant step in Neftys Pharma’s ongoing expansion across Southeast Europe.

With more than 35 years of experience and a presence in 12 countries across Europe and Africa, Neftys Pharma continues to grow through acquisitions that enhance its network and capabilities in the wholesale and distribution of veterinary products and animal nutrition.

The acquisition includes DDL Zagreb, Vetline (Slovenia), and Linevet (Serbia)—together forming a strong regional platform that will further reinforce Neftys Pharma’s role as a key player in the veterinary sector in the CEE region.
