ODI Partner and Regional Head of Regulatory & Compliance Tine Mišic and Associate Valentina Pavušek have co-authored an article in the European Competition and Regulatory Law Review (CoRe) titled “United Group Case – The Concentration Notification Withdrawal Issue.” The article discusses the recent prohibition of a concentration by the Slovenian competition protection agency and its new stringent approach to assessing concentration notification withdrawal.
